F.I.T For Youth

F.I.T for Youth
· For a multiple sport athlete or a health seeker  Ages 7 - 18
· F. I. T (Functional Integrative Training ) for Youth  is a program developed to challenge the  level of fitness in all aspects including but not limited to speed, flexibility, strength, balance, and nutrition.
· Pre/Post Mobility and Stability Performance Testing
· Program Duration: 4 week sessions include 2 (1) hour meetings per week
· Fee: Member - $40Community - $60
· To register complete a program registration form at the front desk or register online at burlingtony.org

Session1:
June 4 – June 27
Register by: June 3
Mondays and Wednesdays
Ages 7-12: 9:30-10:30am
Ages 13-18: 10:30-11:30am
 
Session 2:
July 9 – August 1
Register by: July 8
Mondays and Wednesdays
Ages 7-12: 9:30-10:30am
Ages 13-18: 10:30-11:30am

Session 3:
August 6 – August 29
Register by : August 5
Mondays and Wednesdays
Ages 7-12: 5:30-6:30PM
