Dance Interest/Registration Form
If you are interested or want to register for Dance for the upcoming season, please complete interest registration.
Our Dance Instructors will reach out with a phone call in August with a time and day for class offering. Season will begin in September with end of season recital in late May/Early June. Prior to the start of class, a bank draft authorization must be completed, signed, and turned in.
