Martial Arts
Adult Shakeh/Jeet Kune Do 2x per week
Learn Bruce Lee’s martial art of Jeet Kune Do from a certified 2nd generation full instructor! We are an affiliated and certified training center of the Jerry Poteet’s Jeet Kune Do Association.The first hour is devoted to the art of philosophy of Jeet Kune Do. The second hour has a rotating curriculum of Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kali, Aikijutsu, Kenpo, Kuntao Silat.
Instructor: Sifu Todd Garrison is a certified Jeet Kune Do instructor under instructor Jerry Poteet, an original Bruce Lee student. Todd is a 10th degree black belt in Kenpo/Aikijutsu and a two time inductee into the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
Dates/Times: Tuesday 6:15 pm – 8:00 pm, Saturday 9:00-11:00am
Fees: $55 (Member/active law enforcement/military (member or non-member)) & $65 (Community)

Women's Self-Defense Class
Women’s Self-Defense Class. Every Thursday through April. 5 Weeks, April 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30th from 6pm-7pm. Held in the Martial Arts gym at the Burlington YMCA.
