Soccer - High School/ Adult
YMCA High School & Adult Soccer Leagues offer recreation, fitness, competition, and skill development for adults seeking a fun way to stay fit and connected. People of various ages and skill levels can participate in soccer, have a great workout and lots of fun.

SESA 7v7 League – Take part in this great free-flowing, high scoring, and fun league!

This league does not practice. There are only games!
*Team registration requires a roster submission to complete registration. Includes each player name, DOB, email, phone, & parent/guardian name/ email/ phone if under 18.
*All divisions subject to combining if necessary and appropriate.
*Divisions: HS Boys, HS Girls/Women, Adult Co-ed

HS/ Adult 11v11 - Free Agent Registration
The SESA 11v11 League will be introducing a new league format from the 2022 season. The season will consist of 6 weeks of league games with competitive match ups. Reduced league fee and no end of season tournament. The 11v11 league has been a staple of soccer in Southeast Iowa for over 15 years and is a great way for high school players and teams to continue playing during the summer, and for adult players to continue to play the beautiful game. With a number of competitive teams and options at gold and silver levels, there are playing opportunities for everyone. High school teams strongly encouraged to join, free agent options available for those without full teams.
Games played Sundays, late morning/afternoon, June 14,28 July 12,19,26, August 2
Max Game Day Roster: 20
Team Fee: $400 (+$25 late fee)
Free Agent: $45 (+25 late fee)
Registration: open now – May 24th
Late Registration: May 25 – June 7th
