Spring Training: Fitness Mini Series
This program will provide kids with an opportunity to learn mechanical movements in health and fitness to promote functional fitness and improve athleticism.  This program is encouraged for boys and girls grades 5th through 10th
It will also cover how to properly warm up and cool down the body to decrease the potential for injury.

Grades 5-7          March 9 - March 30      Tuesdays            4-4:45PM
Grades 8-10        March 10 - March 31     Wednesdays      4-4:45PM

Must be a Y member to participate (youth must have waiver on file)
No registration required
Location: Gym 2 @ Burlington Area YMCA
