Fitness Introduction Training
Finding it tough to start and stick to a regular
exercise routine? Don’t know what to do or how?
Enroll in our F.I.T 4 ME program and receive one-on-one support and instruction to help you get back into the exercise habit or to start an exercise routine. This program is designed to educate you on how to properly use Nautilus and cardio equipment to begin your fitness journey. Reach the minimum goals and receive a F.I.T 4 Me t-shirt and 2 half hour personal training appointments.
