Special Events at the Y

SPEND YOUR SPECIAL DAY WITH US! Choose from the following options, or mix it up!

YOUTH ZONE: The Youth Zone is a multi-purpose space for all ages and can be rented for special events such as meetings, lunch and learns, bridal showers, baby showers, parties, etc. 

Fee:    
Member - $50/hour
Community - $75/hour


POOL PARTY:  (Children under 6 must have an adult in the water with them.)
2 Hours in Pool – Including lifeguards! 1 Hour in Pool Party Room for cake and presents.
 
Package A: 1-15 Swimmers                        Package B: 16-35 Swimmers
Fee:     
Member - $150                                               Member - $175
Community - $200                                          Community - $225

**There is a 50% deposit due when contract is turned in.

GYMNASTICS CENTER PARTY
2 hour party with 2 different party package options

Package A: 2 hrs time can include the following:  cake/food time, open presents, or free play.   Must provide 1 adult for every 10 kids. Party host to help assist you is included.
Up to 20 kids
Y—Member: $150
Community: $185
$50 deposit due with contract, full balance paid before party date.
 
Package B: 45m  of organized gymnastics instruction  or game  instruction led by party supervisor and 1.25 hrs of free time.  Free time can include cake/food time, open presents, or free play. Party host to help assist you is included.
Up to 20 kids
 Y—Member: $180
 Community: $215
$50 deposit due with contract, full balance paid before party date.
 
Featured Equipment:  Pre-school gymnastics area, 2  full size spring floors, 30-foot tumbling trampoline, 12 foot resi pit, 3 balance beams (High, Medium & Low), Uneven Bars and Vault
        
Dates (By Reservation Only):   
Saturdays from 1-3pm, but Sundays are available by request.

 
GYM PARTY
Rent the gym for your birthday party for up to two hours! Play basketball, pickelball, volleyball, soccer or baseball. Activties must be requested when completing contract.  Additional room will be provided for cake & ice cream and presents.
 
Fee:     
Member - $50/hour
Community - $75/hour
Max of 2 hours. (up to 20 children, $2/child after 20)
